Summary
Took diamine oxidase (DAO) situationally before high-histamine meals, plus nettle tea raised from one to six bags a day after a histamine spike, with quercetin and bromelain. Explicitly did NOT follow a low-histamine diet, stating that histamine in food was not a particular issue except when eating a lot of high-histamine food at once. Long-standing ME/CFS with histamine-related exacerbations. Reports the situational DAO and nettle approach helping with those specific flares rather than with the underlying illness. No claim of recovery and no follow-up on durability.
