Summary
Luteolin in small amounts from rosemary tea, roughly a twentieth of a liter with a quarter of the surface covered, or half to two teaspoons of rosemary added to food, was described by Percyval577 as calming and focusing when combined with tyrosine. She warned that taking the rosemary-derived luteolin without also taking tyrosine could cause adverse effects for her. Illness duration, severity and a specific supplement dose were not given, since this was a dietary rather than capsule source. The benefit was explicitly conditional on the tyrosine pairing rather than something luteolin achieved alone. No information was given on how long she maintained this combination or whether the effect persisted.
