Summary
Mary's Freddd protocol regimen was methylfolate, started around 1000mcg daily in 2010 and increased to about 3000mcg daily, combined with methylcobalamin liquid sublingual at 5000-10,000mcg daily (which she had already been taking for years), plus potassium supplementation titrated from 200-300mg up to 1000mg daily in divided 99mg tablets, supplemented with low-sodium V-8 juice. Her chief symptom had been severe fatigue. The methylfolate gave her a "nice boost in energy," and once she addressed an underlying potassium depletion, her "horrible potassium-related fatigue went away." She has needed to keep taking the potassium ever since to maintain the benefit, with sustained improvement reported over more than a decade on methylfolate and methylcobalamin.
