Summary
Tried a combined sauna-and-exercise bike protocol of the kind some environmental-illness patients use, after developing severe MCS about 15 years into his ME/CFS. Says he could not tolerate the combined bike/sauna protocol at all. Notably, the severe MCS he developed never affected his ability to exercise or his energy levels in general, so the two issues were somewhat separate for him. No benefit from the combined protocol itself is reported, and no later follow-up on retrying it is given.
