Cured of PEM

Summary

Took ground cumin, relying on its cuminaldehyde component, in doses of under a teaspoon, initially every three days and eventually as a permanent regimen, administered sublingually. Had post-exertional malaise from ME for multiple years despite only moderate baseline severity. After about two years reports it blocked his PEM completely, testing this by doing activity after missing a dose and finding no PEM resulted; he says he now considers PEM cured for himself. As of his last update, roughly half a year after that test, he still had not had PEM again, though he notes the effect might not work for everyone.
