Summary
About two years after her liver-focused diet, and after discovering she also had previously undiagnosed active celiac disease, switched to a ketogenic diet combined with intermittent fasting. Says this is definitely helping, with several hours of active time per day compared to only a couple of hours of consciousness before. However, she also reports a recent health crash that reminded her of how sick she used to be, so the improvement had not fully stabilized, and she was still investigating possible reactions to fermented foods and gluten contamination in supplements.
