Summary
He followed the Gupta Programme (amygdala retraining) for four of a planned six months, doing daily meditation and the "Stop-Stop-Stop" technique alongside an acting class and other activities. He describes his ME/CFS as relatively mild, following a period of chronic emotional stress. By six months he reported fewer days stuck in bed and less anxiety, calling his state "quite liveable," though he could not say how much was due to Gupta versus the other things he was also trying. He gave no claim of full recovery, and a later update revealed he was separately diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, raising doubts about the original diagnosis. No relapse is described, but he explicitly stopped strictly following the program after four months and never credited it alone for his improvement.
