Summary
Previously sleeping 16-20 hours a day, largely confined to the couch and finding it "a challenge to walk down to my mailbox," began using an infrared sauna every other day (about 30 minutes, inducing a ~103F fake fever) alongside "Aging Backwards" exercise videos 4-5 times a week. After 4 months reports needing only 8-10 hours sleep, being active all day without crashing, completing a 12-hour solo drive, and working out regularly without post-exertional malaise, with only about 4 "couch days" all summer. Calls the gains "holding steady" so far but is cautious, noting her past pattern of relapses.
