Summary

Spent four weeks in an intensive daily Ayurvedic body-mind treatment program in Kerala for what is described as "quite severe" ME. Says that by day 18-19 they "started smiling again" and became able to walk about 5km and swim without exhaustion, attributing part of the change to the sympathetic nervous system being "rewired to a calmer state" and to addressing PTSD from an earlier head injury.
