Took Paradise Herbs' ORAC-Energy Greens, 8 capsules a day, on and off for more than a year. He describes a noticeable lift in mental and physical energy, most obvious by how much worse he feels when he stops, though he is candid he does not know which ingredient (possibly the medicinal mushrooms) is responsible, and use has stayed inconsistent rather than continuous.
