Summary
After 14 years of fluctuating moderate-to-severe ME/CFS (good years able to just manage groceries, bad stretches struggling to move around the apartment), did Mickel Therapy and went, in her words, from "15% to 75% plus functioning": no more flu-like malaise, able to take long walks, swim laps for an hour, and no post-exertional malaise. She initially called this "100% recovery" but later reframed it as remission of the physical CFS symptoms only, adding that her life afterward "turned to garbage" for other reasons and that she felt "lied to" by the therapy's broader promises - the physical gains held up, but the account is heavily hedged about what the therapy actually delivered.
