Summary
Eliminated all grains in favor of soaked seeds, vegetables and fruit, with only occasional B12, amino acids, coconut kefir and macrobiotic foods, deliberately keeping supplements minimal. A year into this she no longer needs bed rest most days, does "much much more" activity, and says her mental function is "so much better," calling her condition "in recession." She's confident the recovery is holding and credits diet more than supplements, speculating her body is largely self-healing once the diet was fixed -- though she flags uncertainty about whether white rice's arsenic content matters.
