Summary
Johannes, bed-bound 20-22 hours a day and barely able to walk his dog for 10 minutes twice daily, started whole-body red/near-infrared LED panel sessions (10 minutes front and back, twice daily) in February 2020. Symptoms gradually eased over about six weeks with full benefit by four months, moving him from severe to moderate: he now rests 3-4 hours a day, walks the dog 15-20 minutes twice daily, cooks, sails and sees friends regularly, and says he does not plan to stop the daily sessions.
