Summary

Combined having a problem tooth pulled with a long-running Linus Pauling-style protocol for peripheral artery disease, Ayurvedic remedies, infrared light therapy, a course of 32 magnesium-sulfate infusions, and low-dose naltrexone above 2mg per day. Had PAD for 16 years, COPD for 13 years, and post-exertional malaise, exhaustion and brain fog for 9 years. Says the year he had the tooth pulled, his PEM ceased, and describes 3 separate remissions over time, crediting sunshine and yearly winter beach vacations as an essential part of each one. Says the interventions still seem necessary to keep up, since some symptoms return otherwise.
