Summary
Astragalus: a low dose of astragalus combined with other herbs in a tincture, taken for a couple of years. She had previously been very ill with ME/CFS before starting the herbal regimen. On the tincture her immune function improved, with infections dropping from frequent episodes to only one minor case in eighteen months. She describes continuing the herbs as an ongoing regimen rather than a finished course, implying maintenance use is needed. No relapse is reported.
