- Condition
- ME/CFS
- At worst
- Severe (mostly bedbound)
- Ill for
- 17 years

Summary
Built a long-running self-treatment stack over 15 years - artemisinin, galangal and magnolia bark to unblock apoptosis, a sublingual terpene mix (pinene, beta-caryophyllene, limonene) dosed 20-60 drops, curcumin, and doxycycline for the bacterial component - for severe ME/CFS with muscle fasciculations that had him at "20%" functional capacity, contracted in 2007. Reports "~40% improvement in fatigue," remission of Raynaud's disease, an "80% reduction in light/sound sensitivity," and depression "also improved 80%," taking his capacity to "40%." States plainly the supplements "are not sufficient to cure it" and that stopping them causes his tender lymph nodes to return, i.e. ongoing maintenance is required.
