Summary
After 3.5 years of ME/CFS with respiratory symptoms severe enough that working required "extreme effort," did six months of Traditional Chinese Medicine -- acupuncture plus herbal tea and dietary changes. Reports being able to "breathe freely for the first time in three and a half years" and "vast improvements" overall, with the TCM doctor predicting a full cure within a further two to three months. That fuller resolution is a prediction rather than a confirmed outcome at the time of the post -- "both me and the TCM doctor reckon I will be fully cured" -- so only the improvement to that point is confirmed.
