Summary
erist, who described mornings as swimming up "from the bottom of a dark lagoon," took low-dose Abilify (0.5-1mg) and got more energy, better appetite and easier waking, alongside some agitation and a wired/tired feeling similar to methylation-protocol effects. After 4-5 months of good energy she crashed, with POTS flaring and exhaustion lasting 2-3 weeks, and remained wary of the drug's cost and risk despite it being the first thing besides the methylation protocol to move her fatigue and mood noticeably.
