Summary
Chiron reports restless leg syndrome resolved within two weeks of starting B12 injections, with haemoglobin rising even though serum B12 was already normal. He switched from methylcobalamin, which caused adverse over-methylation effects, to hydroxocobalamin, suspecting a genetic reason for poor B12 utilisation.
