Summary
Tried sublingual NAD (25mg) and saw resting heart rate drop from the 90s into the 80s (about 10 bpm) and active heart rate drop 10-15 bpm, with enough extra exercise tolerance to run stairs without crossing into anaerobic threshold. The effect "tended to wear off" during the day and needed redosing, and she is candid that she has "no idea if any of this makes any sense biochemically" -- a real but only partial, short-acting effect rather than a lasting fix.
What they credit
Credits NAD+ boosters (NMN, nicotinamide riboside, NADH, ATP).
