Dr. Goldstein's Protocol Does the Trick for Mathew

Summary

Mathew, an entrepreneur, became severely ill with ME/CFS around 1990, with orthostatic intolerance so severe he could not sit up and sensitivity that left him unable to listen to voices for more than a minute, eventually bedridden. Over about two years he worked through Dr Goldstein's medication protocol of baclofen, Mirapex, chlorzoxazone and guaifenesin under a holistic therapist's guidance. By 2004 he is described as fully recovered and has phased out all the drugs; the page notes Dr Goldstein no longer practises.
