Summary

Took quercetin 500mg twice daily plus Metagenics Ultra Potent-C (500mg vitamin C, 35mg niacin) twice daily against very high echovirus 11 titres ("too high for a real number"), which produced an "awful" seven-day Herxheimer-type reaction. Wrote "I believe I cured my Echovirus 11" and "I felt great today" with "zero herx," reduced heart palpitations and better energy, while still treating EBV and other viruses concurrently. Heavily hedged the "cured" claim as "pretty sure," saying proof would have to wait about two weeks for repeat titres from ARUP; no follow-up confirming or retracting the claim appears in the thread.
