Summary
After 5 years of illness, restricted eating to two meals a day with nothing after 6pm, combined with a gluten-, lactose-, whey- and casein-free bland diet on distilled water only. He says it "makes an incredible difference" for his sleep disturbance, calling it "too easy to be true but it really seems to help" - but within a few days he fell "off the cart," having eaten too little led to binge eating, and the sleep problems returned.
