Summary
Used Japanese (Saisei Mirai) colostrum-based GcMAF for years - six months at a high dose then a maintenance dose - because the original English GcMAF was no longer available. Reports improvements in gait and joint pain beginning around 4 months on the maximum dose, and says oral colostrum GcMAF "helps good" for her chronic fatigue and that she "can not live without" it given very low macrophage/NK-cell counts. Benefit is maintenance-dependent rather than curative - a later test still showed below-normal phagocytosis despite years of continued use.
