Summary
Helen recovered through Mickel Therapy -- weekly hour-long sessions by Skype starting in September 2020 -- alongside the Curable app, meditation, breathwork, yoga, Trauma and Tension Release Exercises (TRE), and daily gratitude-diary journaling; no drugs or supplements are named. She had been ill since March 2020, and by summer 2020 was "virtually bed-bound," practically bedridden and unable to look after her son, needing home help for cooking and cleaning and a shower seat, with a heart rate that hit 140 and blood pressure that dropped to 84/59 on standing. She states "within 12 months of starting Mickel Therapy I had fully recovered" and that she now "lead[s] a completely normal life." More than a year after recovering she reported no relapse, continuing only voluntary practices of regular walking and gratitude journaling rather than any required ongoing treatment.
