Spironolactone Usage

Summary

After about a year of serious brain fog, pcmenten started spironolactone at 200mg/day, tapering to roughly 50mg, and reported the fog lifting within about 5 days along with better energy, sleep and fewer unexplained fevers, despite developing orthostatic hypotension. He discontinued after several weeks and the cognitive gains persisted afterward, though he acknowledged uncertainty about whether the effect was pharmacological or placebo.
