Summary
Auricular vagus nerve stimulation: daily use of an Amofit S+ ear-clip device, ongoing for about a year at the time of posting. She has ME/CFS with significant brain fog and cognitive impairment beforehand. Concentration improved, brain fog disappeared, and she regained the ability to read, listen to music and watch films again, along with some muscle strength gains and reduced dizziness. She was still using the device daily at time of writing, indicating ongoing use is required to sustain the improvement rather than a one-off cure.
