Summary
After about a year of heart palpitations, high blood pressure, vertigo, numb extremities and ER visits — with B12 and methyl-B12 tablets repeatedly triggering crashes — she found topical magnesium oil was the missing piece. She was out of bed the next day, felt it "literally ran through my veins filling my empty deposits," and by day 5 had cleaned her house and packed for a trip with minimal fatigue and much-improved blood pressure. Only 5 days of follow-up are documented, presented as an ongoing improvement rather than a fully tested recovery.
