Summary
SOC does not name specific drugs or doses, but says antivirals from an ME/CFS specialist lifted them from a severely disabled level of about 1 on a self-rated activity scale to about 3-4 over several years, while a later specialist's broader range of additional treatments added little beyond that. They are now around level 7 on that scale, working full-time at a physically easy job, but say they continue taking a large number of treatments to maintain this level and consider themselves substantially improved rather than cured.
What they credit
Credits Antivirals, PDE5 inhibitors (sildenafil, tadalafil).
