Summary
After 13 years of severe illness, combined pacing with the antiviral/immunomodulator Isoprinosine (dose not given) and reached what she calls "100% remission" that lasted more than 16 months. The remission ended when she cut back the medication under stress, dropping to house- and mostly bed-bound again, "not as low as I had been." She restarted Isoprinosine 16 months before this post "fingers crossed," so this reads as a faded response with a second attempt underway rather than a settled outcome.
