Summary
Has taken d-ribose for about 3 years; the initial energy boost wore off over that time, so she switched to a smaller, more frequent dosing schedule (1/2 tsp six times daily, working toward 15g/day). Ten days into the new regimen she reports overall energy "slow and steady" increasing, more stamina, and crashes that feel "lighter" than her other crashes -- calling it meaningful but "not spectacular," and stressing she is "still pacing myself" since overdoing it can still trigger a crash.
