Summary
seamyb reports that a teaspoon of ordinary cumin eliminated his fatigue and "poisoned feeling" and blocked PEM, describing himself as "either in remission or super mild," and explicitly states he has no commercial stake in cumin. He notes the effect wears off within about 24 hours so daily dosing is needed to maintain it, and he was only five days into the experiment at time of posting, so he flags long-term durability as still unknown; a later thread from the same poster (on glutathione) shows the good run did not last unmodified.
