Summary

Ali_Mardiyev, disabled for 1.5 years with POTS/dysautonomia/severe fatigue/PEM, layered a stellate ganglion block with beta-blocker, a testosterone course, several psychiatric medications, intermittent fasting and a slow graded-exercise ramp starting April 2024. By May-June 2024 he reports full remission, returned to work as a PE teacher, normalized blood pressure/heart rate, and as of his August 2025 post (12+ months later) says "ME/CFS seems long gone and just like an awful fever dream." He built the protocol himself from research rather than following a single prescribed program.
