Summary
Truvada (emtricitabine/tenofovir), taken for about three months before adding Valtrex and Valcyte on an ongoing basis. Illness duration and severity beforehand are not stated, though functioning was self-rated at 5 out of 10. Improved to 7 out of 10 on Truvada alone and to 8-9 out of 10 after adding the other antivirals, with fatigue reported at only 20 percent of its former level and gym exercise six days a week. Some residual mild fatigue remains and the antiviral regimen appears to be an ongoing maintenance treatment rather than a one-time cure, with no relapse reported.
What they credit
