Summary
Added Valtrex 1g/day, then Valcyte 450mg twice daily a month later, on top of about a year already on Truvada, for CFS present "5 to 6 years" but only diagnosed 3-4 months earlier; self-rated baseline severity "5 or 6 out of 10," never bedridden but with "unrelenting fatigue." After roughly 4 weeks on valtrex and 2 weeks on valcyte, headaches and eye issues "cleared up," sleep became "really really good," dizziness was "about 70% better and fatigue about 30% better," and he was back at the gym five times a week, rating himself "8 or 9" at posting. No information is given on whether the gains held beyond that point.
