Summary
Case 5, a woman with roughly three years of Long COVID since March 2020 causing respiratory issues, fatigue, PEM, brain fog and body aches that had stopped her from exercising daily, took a 10-day extended Paxlovid course in June 2023 while otherwise only taking galcanezumab-gnlm for migraines. Within a few days her severe brain fog disappeared and her breathing and cardiovascular symptoms improved markedly, to the point she could complete work trips without crashing. The case report gives no follow-up on whether this improvement was sustained, faded, or required further treatment after the 10-day course ended.
