Summary
Six months into CFS and running at roughly 50-60% of pre-illness baseline, started Famvir 500mg daily (250mg morning, 250mg evening) and described a "huge improvement after day 1," with less fatigue, less brain fog and less "heavy lead limb" feeling. By day five self-rated functional capacity at 75-80% of pre-CFS baseline. The thread does not follow up beyond that five-day window, so durability beyond it is unknown.
