Summary
Hip applied a transdermal B12 oil (2.5mg per dose) every 2-3 days from November 2018, getting increased cognitive clarity within 2-3 hours that lasted about 3 days per dose, managing side effects with potassium and niacinamide. The benefit was purely maintenance-dependent brain-fog relief: if he went more than 3 days without a dose the fog returned, and he reported no cumulative improvement in his overall ME/CFS over the 3.5 months observed.
