Summary

Cordyceps was taken by jeffrez for about a year without any problems, by his own account on a forum thread about medicinal mushroom use. He reported never having issues with it, but did not describe any specific energy or symptom benefit either, only that it was well tolerated. Illness duration and severity were not specified. He did separately report adverse liver and gallbladder pain from a different multi-mushroom formula containing shiitake, which he distinguished from his cordyceps experience. No relapse applies since no benefit from cordyceps itself was ever claimed.
