Summary
Took roughly two-thirds of the recommended dose of magnesium L-threonate (Life Extension's Neuro-Mag) morning and early afternoon for almost three weeks. The first week brought "wonderful euphoria and a powerful mood boost," settling into a "subtle, even mood boost that lasts all day"; fibromyalgia pain eased within 2-3 days and sleep/mental alertness improved. She hedges the pain-relief attribution ("I think the pain relief is from this specific form") and notes the initial euphoria faded even as the milder mood and pain benefits continued.
