Summary
Lea attended a three-day Lightning Process course run by Live Landmark after roughly a year of illness that included acupuncture, naprapathy, medical yoga and cutting out gluten and sugar, none of which had helped. Before the course she was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and was unable to attend school, wash her hair or go shopping, largely confined to her bedroom. Six months after the course she describes "a whole new life," able to read, climb stairs, socialise, go to the cinema, cook and attend school full-time, and calls herself fully recovered. She notes the course itself is not a quick fix and that "you will need to do the work afterwards," implying she has kept up the mindset practice it taught. No relapse is mentioned.
