Summary
After roughly 10 years of chemical/mold hypersensitivity following a copper IUD placement, she took zinc at 50mg/day for two months alongside magnesium. For the first time since her mold exposure, her "instant sense of inflammation and headache" from chemicals or strong smells is gone, and her body and brain feel "much calmer" overall, though she still reacts to mold itself; she planned a long-term dose reduction to 10mg/day for safety while trying to keep the gain.
