Summary
Started the ANS ReWire neural-retraining program at the end of August 2018, alongside osteopathy for pain and a daily 45-minute Qigong practice. Had roughly a decade of severe ME/CFS, at the lowest point virtually unable to walk, talk or do much of anything, hovering around 40-50% of normal function beforehand. Says in his own words that after starting the program he is now fully recovered from the illness, though still building body strength, endurance and social tolerance. No relapse is mentioned, and the post frames the recovery as sustained rather than temporary.
