Summary
Struggling with significant brain fog, depression and word-finding problems, he started Jarrow methylcobalamin lozenges at 1000mcg/day, raising the dose to 2000mcg and then 5000mcg over about 3 months. By 5 months he reported less brain fog, improved writing and thinking, less depression and better cognitive function overall, but the benefit required repeatedly escalating the dose to maintain, suggesting it was not a one-time fix.
