Summary
Cut fructose out of his diet and separately treated a confirmed case of SIBO, after developing worsening stomach pain and going on to develop full ME/CFS on top of existing fibromyalgia over about a year. Describes going downhill more and more beforehand, with the worst stomach pain he'd had. Says he is much better after cutting fructose, though not like before the crash. Had not yet retested fruit tolerance after the SIBO treatment, so no final outcome is confirmed in the thread.
