Summary
Took Clostridium butyricum, 2-3 tablets a day for about a month, mainly for restless legs syndrome relief. Her RLS goes away while she keeps taking it but returns if she stops, alongside mild diarrhea and worse sleep as side effects, so the benefit is real but narrow, dose-dependent, and traded against sleep/bowel symptoms.
What they credit
Credits Bifidobacterium infantis and targeted probiotic strains.
