Summary
Followed the Pall Protocol, a methylation-support supplement regimen, then added dysautonomia treatment with fludrocortisone and verapamil, for severe MCS with CFS. Beforehand had near-syncope events, needed an epipen and sudafed, and was essentially housebound. Says the Pall Protocol brought a very large improvement and the dysautonomia treatment helped further, so that over time she reacted to less and less, down to only a few remaining triggers like tree oils and Vicks VapoRub. Still avoids those specific triggers but otherwise manages well, with no relapse mentioned.
What they credit
Credits B12 injections and methylation, Calcium channel blockers (nimodipine, amlodipine, verapamil), Fludrocortisone / Florinef, Hydrocortisone / cortisol.
