Summary
Lalique reports that a steroid/antibiotic combination nasal spray dramatically improved her dysautonomia markers within days - lower resting heart rate, disappearing stress readings and full "body battery" recharge on her Garmin, and refreshing sleep for the first time in years. By day four, however, she reports "all gains are lost," concluding dysautonomia "can be undone almost immediately" but that they don't yet know how to do so without the effect reversing - an explicitly short-lived, relapsed improvement.
