Summary
Flo became ill with ME/CFS and fibromyalgia after mold exposure roughly thirty-seven years before the post, at her worst unable to watch TV, read or follow conversations, with regular vertigo. Years of craniosacral therapy, PRP injections, hydrogen peroxide IVs and antibiotics came first. She credits Emotional Freedom Technique and a ten-month EFT certification course with retraining her nervous system, and says she has been well since 2019 though she still has back and joint issues.
