Summary
Used MAF314 (later marketed as Bravo) probiotic yoghurt for about a year, alongside concurrent Lyme treatment. At 6 months Nagalase fell from 3.9 to 2.9 and he felt better; by 12 months he felt "much better." He separately tried a GcMAF spray for 2 months with no benefit. He concludes it "can help your immune system, gut and sleep get in better shape" but is explicit that it is "not a cure."
